Parkers Yellowmetal Pty Ltd (ABN 86 610 271 577) trading as Metal Works Perth, is the Company of which Ramguard associated products and services, are supplied and serviced.
We commit to provide quality management and workmanship in a timely manner, with minimal disruption and, where practical, without the need to re-attend.
We will leave the site in a clean, tidy and safe manner, however the customer is responsible for the removal of excessive ground waste, such as dirt / sand / bitumen / pavers / bricks which will be leftover as a result of excavating below ground, in order to install the bollards.
In order to reduce the cost of the installation, please provide unimpeded access, all necessary keys, site contact details, accurate information and your attendance at the bollard location. Prior to our arrival onsite, customers must accurately access the location of the bollard installation and its suitability for excavation / ground works and provide details of the likelihood of a possible impedance or effect on the safety of our staff and equipment during the installation work. As part of the customers duty of care you must contact “Dial before you dig 1100” as part of the assessment process. We take no responsibility if any services are damaged during installation, that the client take full responsibility for this and are responsible for any repairs and costs. Installation costs are based on normal working week day hours. Site induction training is not included and will be available with additional charges if required. Additional labour and travel costs are greatly reduced when all of the above are provided by the Customer.
A Bollard Installation is at the request of a Company and / or person, for the purposes of a Ramguard appointed Technician attending a site for the installation of a Ramguard supplied product or similar products supplied by others. A Bollard installation is by appointment only and at your request.
The installation is specific to the type of product being installed, the installation site conditions and available site amenities (e.g. running water, electricity and ground waste disposal). Installation types are categorised as either Standard Installation or Non Standard Installation as defined below:
Standard Installation, is defined as and allows for; groundwork’s into and / or through a soft surface, which is typically categorised as bitumen, sand, dirt or road base and allows for the excavation of the necessary material by use of hand tools. It also allows the availability and use of all site amenities, which include as a minimum, running water, electricity and ground waste disposal.
Each Ramguard product has an applicable installation fee and this will be quoted as part of the product supply. The Standard Installation fee includes 30 minutes of travel time from our Bayswater
Facility, the initial site inspection and labour associated with the Standard Installation and testing of the product.
Where applicable additional travel time and labour is charged at $75.00 (ex GST) per 30 minute block. It does not allow for concrete cutting and delays caused by impeded access above or below ground caused by pipes/cables and other such unforeseen obstacles.
Non Standard Installation, is typically defined as groundwork’s into and / or through a hard surface, which is typically categorised as concrete, rock, pavers or blocks and allows for the excavation of the necessary material by use of a rock breaker or concrete core cutter and the resetting of pavers of blocks. It must be noted that pavers or bricks will not generally be reset in as good a condition as when first laid. It also includes installations that are impeded above or below ground by such things as pipes / cables / rocks and other such unforeseen obstacles and the associated time caused by these delays. It also allows for the provision of the necessary amenities (in part or wholly) not available at site such as running water, electricity and ground waste disposal, in order for Ramguard to complete the installation.
Concrete Cutting is charged at a rate of $125 (ex GST) for cutting through up to 100mm of concrete thickness, there after an additional rate/charge of $12 (ex GST) per 10mm is applied. It allows for the use of a core drilling tool up to a holes size of 300 mm O.D. (Outside Diameter).
Labour time associated with any above or below ground obstacles is charged at $75.00 (ex GST) per 30 minute block.
The provision of the necessary amenities (Water / Electricity / waste disposal) not available at site, in order for Ramguard to complete an installation is charged at $20 (ex GST) per amenity, up to a maximum of $50 (ex GST) for all three.
Where concrete filling of bollards is required the applicable charge will be quoted as part of the bollard supply.
Mobilisation Fee, All jobs incur a one off mobilisation fee, the cost of which will be detailed in advance on your written quote.
All appointments are confirmed at the time of booking. Upon confirmation of your booking, you are agreeing to Ramguard Terms & Conditions and should therefore be aware that you have entered into a binding contract, whether verbal or written.
Once we attend onsite, the agreed Service Call charge will therefore be incurred. Any broken appointment will still incur the call out charge unless the Ramguard office has been sufficiently notified, in advance of our technician attending.
Payment terms for all service call out associated invoices will be 7 days Net, unless otherwise agreed in advance. All payments must state the invoice number as the reference and payment is to be made to Parkers Yellowmetal Pty Ltd (ABN 86 610 271 577), which is the operating company under which Ramguard products are supplied and serviced.
All installation work is COD by credit card, EFTPOS, cheque or direct bank deposit (EFT), unless otherwise agreed in advance. All invoices paid online by EFT must state the invoice number as the reference and payment is to be made out to Parkers Yellowmetal Pty Ltd (ABN 86 610 271 577), the operating company under which Ramguard products are supplied and serviced.
